If you want to manage multiple accounts without getting banned, start from the part most guides skip: on most large platforms, having several accounts is allowed. What gets punished is one person presenting themselves as several unrelated people, or one operator running accounts the platform has already tied together. Data protection law sits alongside these rules. Is a dedicated IP per account enough on its own?
